sustainability POLICY
We are committed to sustainability and minimising the environmental impact of the activities we offer. We acknowledge our share of responsibility for taking care of the environment.
We recognise the need to reduce our energy consumption wherever possible, and are committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, minimising waste and providing an environmentally-sustainable service to our members, whether directly or through partner companies who share the same commitment.
We aim to:

Adopt, wherever practicable, methods of living and working reduce the environmental impact.

Make all members of staff and customers aware of the environmental impacts relating to much of what they do in their daily lives, thus providing a continuing education in the environment.​

Provide services in a way that is fair to everyone and ensures that all customers and colleagues are not disadvantaged by imposing any unreasonable conditions.
We will achieve this by:

Monitor our energy use and maximise its efficiency. This includes eliminating unnecessary energy use, pursuing a programme of energy conservation, and reviewing water usage.

Comply with all relevant environmental legislation and take such additional environmental protection measures as it considers necessary.

Promote awareness and understanding of environmental issues among all staff and customers.

Integrate environmental management policies and practices into every level and department of the company.

Reduce waste of natural resources; promote waste reduction and recycling throughout all premises.

Encourage the creation of a high-quality working and learning environment by regulating all waste production and disposal and discouraging litter, graffiti, and noise pollution.

Promote less environmentally damaging transport options, as far as is reasonably possible.

Consider the environmental impact of any new company developments.

Maintain the companies’ premises in an environmentally sensitive way.

Consider and assess, taking necessary action to improve environmental practice continuously.

Emphasise employees at all levels of their responsibility to the environment.

Seek to make the most efficient use of printed paper as reasonably possible and promote more environmentally friendly methods of distributing information to employees, clients and other associated companies.

Encourage the use of more economical transportation and ensure that vehicle exhaust pollutants are kept to a minimum.
