Our future vision
2023-2028
Built in 1998, The Pingles Stadium started life as a small local facility. Since then it has grown into a multi sporting hub for local residents and the wider community. As part of our commitment to providing clean, modern sporting facilities for everyone to enjoy. We've look at where we can invest more into the facility. After consulting with our various stakeholders we have set out a five year plan to expand and modernise the stadium for future generations to enjoy.
ONGOING & Future projects
Larger social space
(COMPLETED MAY 2023)
Increasing the size of the Stadium Cafe seating area by 35%, whilst also installing full height windows for better views out onto the stadium.
Additional changing
(COMING 2028)
Adding two new changing rooms with toilets and showers. This will cater better for multiple groups using the facility at any one time.
LED Video Scoreboard
(COMING 2024)
Installing a custom built 10mx6m full colour LED video scoreboard. This will enhance the spectator experience.
Internal Connection
(COMING WINTER 2023)
Installing an internal connection corridor throughout the length of the clubhouse building, Allowing for better overall movement through the facility.
Community Entrance
(COMING 2025)
Our community entrance will provide direct access to our community room along with a new equipment storage area.
Reception Area
(COMING 2026-2027)
The purpose built reception area will provide customers with a staffed reception desk, club shop and waiting area. Along with a larger officials and physio room.
